LINCHPIN FUND
Dear Friends,
A linchpin was a critical component that held the wheels on a covered wagon, which makes it a great word to describe the young people who serve with us each summer! Currently our summer staff come as volunteers. Moving forward we would love to help them financially, but we can't do this without your help. Would you be willing to invest in the lives of our summer staff by giving toward our Linchpin Fund? College tuition has risen dramatically over the past 30 years, increasing the need for students to earn money over the summer to avoid crushing debt when they graduate. Even those without a school bill have ongoing expenses that don't stop while they pour their lives into young people over the course of the summer.
As I listen to staff testimonies each summer, I am reminded that God is growing the faith of each person in so many different ways. Watching a camper's stubborn heart softening or a life headed toward destruction turn around and head toward God grows our faith. In addition, God's consistent provision for the needs of the future grows the staff member's faith. When a young adult comes to the conclusion that God can take care of him, he learns to live by faith and trust in God.
Our goal is to raise $18,000 for summer 2026. Your giving strengthens the faith of those whose faith is being tested regularly—100% of your gifts goes to those who help make this summer ministry possible.
